Airnip team is currently looking for a creative, proactive individual,
who has a strong background in UX/UI design. As a part of our
dynamically developing startup team, the Product Designer will be
responsible for creating engaging online user experiences and for
providing thoughtful design solutions to grow our business. If you
have a passion for inspiring, elegant, forward-thinking visual design
and an enthusiasm for user research, prototyping, and interaction
design, then we want to hear from you.
About the role
As a part of the Product team, own the user experience for all
digital touchpoints, including the responsive website, mobile
apps, emails, notifications, and more
Recommend approach and conduct researches with users
Define, prototype and validate solutions with external users and
internal stakeholders
Present conclusions of researches and bring solutions by
designing user flows
Collaborate with our Product Managers and Developers in all
phases of agile product development, from discovery to delivery
to iteration
Manage and regularly update our design system
Our vision of the ideal candidate
Few years of experience as UX&UI designer, preferably as a
team member of an agency
Robust prototyping skills and user research experience.
Advanced UI design skills (e.g.; layout, composition,
typography, color) and demonstrable background with a strong
portfolio
User oriented mindset, being familiar with the current UX design
principles and techniques
Expertise with Figma or Adobe XD
Good communication skills and the ability to confidently share
your work at any stage of your process with a variety of
internal audiences.
Organized and having an eye for the smallest details
Able to prioritize your own work
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Always eager to learn and evolve, self-developing is important
to you as well
You are advanced in Hungarian and at least intermediate in
English

Who we are
We are a passionate team of developers, designers and products people
working towards changing and simplifying how agencies go through their
chaotic workflow by proving them an innovative SaaS platform. Airnip
will guide agencies from brief recording to project closure, this way
companies can manage their projects on a single platform in
transparent, user friendly manner. We got funded last December and we
are currently working hard to bring our MVP to market.
